NOAH JANG
Noah Jang earned both a BA and MFA from the Department of Painting, Hongik University in Seoul. Jang had six solo shows and participated in a number of group shows. She has been recognized and won awards at a number of prestigious fine art competitions. Among these honors, she was recognized as a New Artist at the JoongAng Fine Art Competition in 2006; awarded the Grand Prize at the Danwon Fine Art Competition in 2009; and won the Kakao Brunch Book Project. Her works are in the collection of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea. She authored a picture book Missing Animal, which depicts skyscrapers of the world and missing animals, and writes Missing Animals by Noah Jang serially in the Hankyoreh Daily.
